When I was in Bruges recently, I discovered this lovely metallic top at Lola and Liza and I know… silvery grey… not exactly a summer colour, but I just wanted it!!

This metallic top is versatile as are the carrot pants I’m styling it with! In this post you could see a casual outfit with the same pants, but now I spruce them up a little…

But adding this metallic, shiny top to these pants, immediately adds some glamour. I normally wear medium-sized tops, but this is an extra small as it is actually a wide fit. I don’t like my clothes too wide as that doesn’t do anything good for my figure, so that’s why I bought an extra small!

To make this outfit a bit more party-proof, I added my black heels I wore at my sister’s wedding. I’m so in love with them! They’re from Trussardi Jeans. I know… they are high, but surprisingly enough comfortable!!

The little handbag is from Kisses of Pearl. I also bought it for my sister’s wedding, but then I wore it with a sequined cover. This is so clever from Kisses of Pearl! You can buy the body of the bag in 4 different colours, and then they offer more than ten covers to attach to the body, so you can mix and match all you want. I bought two covers with the bag and for this outfit, I chose the plain black leather one.

I added a few jewels: a fine black bracelet with little glittery stones in it, a long necklace and some silver grey earrings.

I love this outfit. Feminine, yet comfortable and trendy! What do you think?
