Last week I went on a daytrip to Utrecht with my friend Katrien. Besides a bit of culture and gastronomy, we also fitted in some shopping time of course… and we did well… one of my buys were these ab fab palazzo pants!

I immediately fell for the vibrant blue colour of these pants and when I noticed they were 50% off in mid season sale there was no stopping me!

The good thing about these pants (which are from Lola and Liza by the way) is that the fabric is really light. These pants are perfect for summer… and they are perfect to hide my legs which are definitely NOT summerproof!!

The pants can be styled in various ways. I could wear my all-stars with them and a sporty tank top. I could wear my wedges with them, but in today’s fashionpost I really wanted to style them with my bright blue Dorothy Perkins sandals I bought last year. They go so well with the pants, don’t you think? They make them look all glammed up.

I am wearing the pants with a white knitted sleeveless top, which I also bought in Utrecht. The large scarf and my Kisses of Pearl handbag finish off this summer look.

I already know now that these pants will be a winner the coming months 🙂
