I’m done with winter… I know… a bit early… but to trick myself into believing spring is coming soon, I’ve bought myself this very colourful blouse at H&M!
I loved this colour immediately as it reminds me of spring and warmer, sunnier days. It was only 20 EUR and as I saw a lot of potential in this blouse, it was my first ‘new collection buy’.
The fabric of this blouse really feels like silk and it looks very classy in my opinion. This blouse can be worn in so many ways. For today’s outfit I opt for a chique look with my black lace skirt and my Gripoix earrings, which I bought in Paris during my Paris Shopping Tour (see this post).
This blouse can also be worn in a more sportive way: with rolled-up sleeves, my bleached denim and white All-Stars it will be a totally different look! And it might even look fab on my electric blue palazzo pants you could see in last weeks’ outfit, don’t you think?!

Hi Kathleen. I have an idea so I thought I share it with you. I may not have the greatest set up for indoor pictures, but I have quite experience in taking photos outdoors. Because the light is casting shadows over you, you end up with your dark colored clothes not showing up on the picture, so for the next time, you can try making everything the same only with a flash from the camera. If it doesn’t work, you can continue taking photos as you were before. If it works, we will be able to see all the details on that skirt even better. 🙂
I’m sure you already know all of this and you have tried everything but it is just a thought. 🙂

Thank you so much for the tip!! I have heard of flash photography even when it’s light enough outside, but never tried it… will do, but those outfit pictures are often taken quickly by my husband as I don’t want to bother him too much you know… will try it out though!
