Today I put (yet!) another concealer to the test. I keep searching for the perfect one you know… so why don’t you read on to read my thoughts on this Dark Circle Concealer from Nyx!

I bought this concealer in the Nyx outlet village at Roermond. The reason why I bought this particular concealer was, that it’s said to work especially on blue/dark circles.

I don’t always use this concealer, only when absolutely necessary… like on below pictures taken the day after I partied until the wee hours of morning and woke up after 4 (!) hours of blissful sleep…

The promises

This is what I could read on the Nyx website:

The subtle hint of orange counteract the appearance of dark circles while natural skin-toned pigments work in unison to provide the ultimate coverage.’

Pros

• Medium coverage of my dark circles
• Doesn’t sit in any creases.
• Economic in use.
• Lightweight formula.
• Hydrates because of the coconut oil it contains.

Cons

• There is no application brush included.
• I would have wanted more coverage…

Conclusion

Not convinced that this is really it… I was really hoping for more coverage… especially on days after partying hard 😛
