A bit of grey, a bit of ochre and some prints… You probably haven’t got a clue what this outfit is all about… Why don’t you come back to the blog tomorrow to solve this mystery ?!

About a month ago I spent a beautiful Sunday afternoon with my youngest daughter Elizabeth. We went to Antwerp as there was an event Water-rAnt which I wanted to go to. My daughter went with me with the promise of an icecream… (a little blackmail now and then can’t hurt now can it 🙂 ). Read more about our trip to Antwerp!

I always look forward to the end of October… then the book fair in Antwerp sets up its tents in Antwerp Expo and every year I count the days until I can visit it… a day of strolling through 4 halls of book stands, browsing here, sniffing there (oh yes I sniff my books !!),… At the end of the day I look at the books I wrote down on my list and then I start buying those that I really want. This has been my routine for more than 25 years now I’ve come to think of it !
In several beauty posts I already mentioned Mylène, a Belgian beauty and skincare brand, which sells through homeparties. Every couple of months, some friends and I come together at someone’s home, we gather around the table with some wine, tapas… and Mylène products! One of these products is an absolute classic : mink oil. Read more about Mylène’s mink oil!
I wish you all a very lazy Sunday… on my blog this week you could read a review on the Garnier Miracle Skin Cream. In the how-to you could see three more styles on how to wear a polkadot A-line skirt. In the tips ‘n trips you could read part II of our weekend break to Holland and the new outfit of the week brought to you a classic… the grey woollen pants… with photos taken by my good friend Katrien on our daytrip in beautiful Paris!
But the most important post this week, you could read on Tuesday. I shared with you a very personal, life-changing story, telling you about my husband’s kidney failure, his time on dialysis and finally the kidney transplant which saved his life… Read this story as I really want to make people aware of the importance of organ donation! Do not hesitate to share our story… the more people that read this, the better!
Today’s outfit is all about a classic piece… the grey woollen pants. I wore them at the beginning of the month on my daytrip to Paris and my friend Katrien took some photos there which I am now using for this post. Read more about this outfit I wore to Paris!
