On 5th March, Peter and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Last weekend we had a party with family and friends and in today’s outfitpost I share with you my festive outfit from that evening!

For this special occasion I opted for a sleek and sexy Karen Millen dress. I had browsed the Karen Millen site to do some research so when we went to the shop during one of the first days of the January sales, I knew exactly which dresses I wanted to try on! I ended up with way too many options as most Karen Millen dresses are perfect for an hour glass figure… so I had to make very hard decisions 🙂

I opted for this floral printed dress with high neckline. I love how the dress has pleats in the tummy area and the print on the fabric also helps to cover up some unwanted lumps and bumps 🙂

I style the dress with a purple short cardigan from Claudia Sträter. The colour goes perfectly with the dress!

Accessory-wise I chose to wear my wine-red pumps and a lovely bracelet with matching earrings which I have bought in Amsterdam many years ago.

I felt beautiful in this dress and I know I will wear it on many festive occassions!
