Today I will tell you a bit more about the body cream that I found inside the Beautiful Box which came with the Goed Gevoel magazine a couple of weeks ago. This body cream is from the French brand Baïja of which I had never heard… let’s found out what I think about it!

The promises

I couldn’t find this particular body cream on the Baïja website, but this is what I could read about the brand Baïja:

‘Our aim is to create surprising and exclusive, unexpected combinations, all formulated and manufactured in France with ingredients of natural origin; in short, an ambitious recipe. Each universe is conceived as a couture collection where explosions of colour blend with floral and geometric elements. Each collection transports you to a world where good humour is combined with the requirement of naturalness to offer you a new idea of beauty and care.’

Pros

• Quite a rich cream which means that my skin felt really hydrated after using it.
• What a fabulous smell… the smell lasts for several hours and I guess that if you would use a matching eau de toilette, you’d smell the Sieste Tropical all day long!
• Long-term effect: the smell as well as the moisturizing effect.
• Beautiful packaging.

Cons

• I browsed the Baïja site, but I couldn’t find this particular product anymore… I guess they have run out of it?! Such a shame 😦

Conclusion

This body cream has the most divine, summery, citrusy smell… love at first sight… uhm… smell I guess 😀
