Beauty ‘n Fashion: Bright colours in autumn

Today’s outfit is one that stands out… it’s all about silver and the brightest blue!

You might recognize these cobalt blue pants from this post. I bought it during a daytrip to Utrecht and I have worn these pants a lot during the summer months. They were perfect to go to work, to go to a party or during my holiday in England. And what’s more… they are perfect to wear during these grey and dull autumn weeks!

During my wardrobe make-over, Greet Moens suggested I should wear these pants with my cobalt blue cardigan as it is the same shade of blue. At the beginning I hesitated as it really is a LOT of blue, but I quickly became used to this look and now I love wearing these pants and cardigan together!

And you know what?! I bought this cardigan at the supermarket… it actually is a cardigan out of the Heidi Klum collection for Lidl. I love the colour, the length and the 3/4 sleeves. The cardigan only cost me 20 EUR, but I can say it looks and feels more expensive.

To break up the cobalt blue, I am wearing my metallic top from Lola and Liza. I just love wearing this top and it is also something I wear throughout the seasons.

My silver Tamaris pumps and silver scarf complete this look. Do you like this outfit? Would you dare to wear it?

Love, Kathleen

    1. I would never ever have worn these pants + cardigan together, but the wardrobe make-over I’ve had recently really opened my eyes. I have been dressing more colourful since then and I’ve had heaps of compliments about my style! Have a lovely weekend. Kathleen x
