It’s been a while since I’ve posted some quotes, so on this last day of July I will treat you on a couple of my favourite ‘feel good’ quotes… Here we go 🙂

Sometimes quotes make me feel so good that an instant smile appears on my face. It’s not that the world changes completely when I read such a quote, but it often makes me think twice which is nearly as good 🙂

Enjoy…

‘Never go too long without watching a sunset’ – Atticus (like this one on the North Sea between Dover and Calais)

the end of a long hot day

‘I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles’ – Audrey Hepburn

My daughter and I were pretty happy that day at Hampton Court Palace… and it shows, doesn’t it 🙂 I just love this picture of us!

‘I think it’s beautiful the way you sparkle when you talk about the  things you love’ – Atticus

‘I hope I never get tired of the night sky, of thunderstorms, of watching cream make galaxies in my coffee. I hope I never grow to be someone who can no longer see the small, beautiful things’ – unknown

‘If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely’ – Roald Dahl

‘Never understimate the power of good morning texts, apoligies and random compliments’ – unknown

And with this last quote I want to say a special thank you to the loveliest colleague anyone can wish for as she regularly gives me compliments, just out of the blue… She certainly knows how to make me feel good at work and proud of what I do… instant boost 🙂

Which quotes make you feel good? Please share them so I can add them to my list 🙂

Love, Kathleen
