On today’s outfitpost I present to you the loveliest and airiest summer dress… and it’s got stripes 😀

A couple of weeks ago I was at Designer Outlet Roermond and I found this fabulous summer dress! It is just the perfect dress to wear on those hot summer days we’ve already been having.

The fabric is so light and airy and it’s got these lovely white/pale blue stripes. And the best thing about it is that you don’t have to iron it 🙂 just wash it, dry it on a hanger and a couple of hours later it’s ready to be worn again… perfect to take on a holiday if you ask me!

I bought it at Lauren by Ralph Lauren. I have just discovered this brand and I have vowed to buy stuff from it again! It offers stylish, elegant and comfortable clothes at a reasonable price (especially when bought in an outlet 🙂 ).

For this trip to Chartwell, which used to be Winston Churchill’s home in Kent, it was the perfect outfit actually, paired with my comfy Gabor wedges. To add a bit of colour, I carried my bright red Coccinelle handbag.

 

I love how this dress has an asymmetric hemline and it’s got buttons all the way down. With the little drawstring, you can emphasize your waistline as little or as much as you want. It’s got a flattering V-neck and I love the drawstrings on the shoulders.

This dress truly is a dream to wear!
