… a dog barking in the background…

… birds chirping  their happy songs…

… sipping a glass of chilled rosé…

… eating some lovely strawberries…

… reading a romantic novel or an inspiring magazine…

… writing for my blog…

… planning our next trip…

… taking a nap…

… running inside to get my wallet as I hear the icecream van driving up our street…

… doing a board game with my family…

… watching as my husband lights up the barbecue…

… just doing nothing…

Oh summer afternoon… how I adore thee…
