April has been giving us some days with sunshine. And even though it was quite chilly at times, I was so glad to see the sun!! It makes me smile instantly 🙂
So what have I been wearing during these transistional weeks?
For an evening at the cinema (Hidden Figures… definitely to be recommended!!) and drinks afterwards with my best friend Katrien, I wore these black culottes I bought in Lille. They are really comfortable. I combined it with a cream silk blouse with black collar and my silver Tamaris heels.
For a day at the office I wore my chino pants from HM. I love them and I just want to have a new pair of these as the colour is starting to fade a bit 😦 Anyway, I keep on wearing them… this time with a striped t-shirt and a printed vest from Gigue (which was a gift from a friend of mine… isn’t that lovely!!). I am wearing wine red pumps from Clarks which are really comfortable!
Another outfit I wore to work: my E5-mode carrot pants (which you could see me wearing in this post). I added a plain white T, my Liu Jo glitter vest (here you can see that vest worn in a more chique way) and my black Tamaris ankle boots.
That week I also wore these comfy printed pants with a beige top and a black HM blazer. I added my clarks peep toe pumps and off to work!
Once more my carrot pants with a plain white T. This time I styled it with my blush HM blazer and a soft pink scarf (also from HM). For a bit of casualty (and comfort as I’ve been having a lot of back aches lately!!) I added the white Converse sneakers which I had ordered through Kruidvat and which only cost me 48 EUR instead of the usual 65 EUR 🙂
I seem to be having this thing for plain white T’s lately. This time I styled it with the most amazing skirt I have ever owned… a ruffled asymmetric black skirt from Maje which you could also see in this post. With my cognac coloured peep-toe ankle boots from Timberland, a cognac-coloured woven belt from Mylène a denim jacket and a scarf, I went shopping with my daughters and mother.
I had seen these trousers on an HM add and immediately wanted to try them on. Bye bye skinnies and a big hello to these wide pants!! With a crisp white shirt I seem to be ready to go on a safari 🙂 but actually I went to see an expo at the MoMu in Antwerp (see yesterday’s post!).
My black culottes again, this time with a chequered top and black Tamaris ankle boots.
And here’s one more outfit… with a plain white T… sorry guys… I seem to be wearing them on repeat 😀 This time with my floral pants and a dark blue blazer (both from HM) and my Clarks peep-toe pumps… a comfy outfit to go to work!
And that’s a wrap… see you next time!
