The next few weeks I’ve got some outfits for you in store… starting today with a post about my black carrot pants!

Carrot pants… don’t you just love them! They are sooo versatile. They can be worn on so many different occasions and in so many different ways and they are just perfect for my pear shaped figure 😉

I bought these pants at E5. It’s made out of a soft, flowy fabric, so perfect for this nice spring weather we’ve been having.

I can really dress these trousers up with fancy heels and a silk blouse. I can wear them to work with a white shirt, a little blazer and ankle boots. Or I can wear them really casual… like in today’s outfitpost!

Recently I went to Bruges with my youngest daughter Elizabeth. We wanted to walk around the city a bit… do some shopping, visit an expo, have a drink on an outdoor terrace… so it was ever so important to wear comfortable shoes. That’s why I chose to wear my sneakers. These silver ones from Hush Puppies are so comfortable, trendy and as they’re not too chunky, they look fab underneat these pants.

The T-shirt is also from E5. They have the best basic t-shirts for under 15 EUR! The fabric is quite thick and stretchy but not too much so the T-shirt doens’t lose it’s shape. I wear them on repeat and every summer I buy two new ones.

It was a beautiful spring day, so a leather jacket (also seen in this post) and my black and white cotton scarf were enough to keep me warm enough throughout the day.

To complete this casual outfit, I opted for a casual tote and my big, black sunnies.

We had a fabulous day just the two of us. In the next travelpost I will tell you a bit more about the expo we visited!
