Today a post about my silk blouse… actually I’ve got this blouse in two colours : blue and cream. I loved it so much and it was at a 50% discount on the online shop of & Other Stories a couple of summers ago that I decided to buy them both! But today I’m putting the blue version in the picture…
I’m loving the colour of this blouse. On today’s post I’m combining it with black, but in summer I have worn this blouse on my white jegging and then the blue colour really pops out!
The fabric is 100% silk. It’s very sheer so I really have to wear a top underneath. This time I’m wearing the blouse on my black Hampton Bays mini skirt. The skirt is draped at the front and has a glittery thread in the fabric. When wearing a skirt that short in winter, I make sure that my tights are at least 50 denier.
The blue of my Talking French coat really complements the blue of the blouse I think. What accessories is concerned I kept it really simple : my black Esprit bag (with fluffy keychain which drives my brother-in-law’s bulldag mad 🙂 !) and my silver necklace from Swarowski. I love the simplicity of this necklace and it’s really light to wear. (Ever since I got a whiplash I can’t stand heavy necklaces!!)
My silver Tamaris pumps and my Dior shades complete the look.

Oh dank u voor het compliment Nikki!!! Ik ben er ook zo blij mee… vorig jaar bij Talking French gekocht… ik kwam in de winkel… zag die jas hangen, paste hem aan en… verkocht! Ik moest geen andere meer zien! Zo snel heb ik nog nooit iets gekocht 😀 En ik denk trouwens dat jij ook heel mooi met die kleur zou staan 🙂
