I always treat my lips with kindness so I always have some or other product in my handbag or on my night table. Before going to sleep I put on some lip butter or pure vaseline to hydrate my lips and in the daytime I use a lipstick, lipgloss or lip balm.
The latest lip balm I have bought is this nutri-plumping one from Filorga of which I will tell you a bit more today.
It’s been years since I’ve had chapped lips and that is simply because I take care of my lips. It’s also around the lips where first signs of ageing show, so that’s another motivation for me to smear away… So when I recently saw this lip balm in my local cosmetic store, I wanted to try it out.
Filorga is a brand wich specializes in aesthetic medicine and one of the newest additions to their range is this nutri-plumping lip balm.
According to Filorga, this lip balm is nourishing, repairing, plumping and smoothing. It should also revitalise radiance and give natural brightness.
Now that’s quite a lot of promises for one lip balm… Let me tell you what I think about it after using it for several weeks…
How to use
The packaging of this lip balm looks like a pen. You have to twist the bottom to get some product out of the top end. In the beginning I twisted too much so I ended up with too much product. So go easy on the twisting I’d say 😀
- extremely nourishing lip balm
- my lips feel filled up and even
- less sticky than an ordinary lip balm
- hygienic packaging: you can clean the top end after using it
- the lip balm gives a nice shine, but is definitely not too glossy
- the natural colour of my lips is enhanced
- None that I can think of!
This lip balm is a pleasant product to use. At 20 EUR it is not very cheap, but I do think it is worth the money.
