Saint-Rémy-de-Provence has plenty to offer. I already wrote a travelpost about Saint-Paul-de-Mausole (Van Gogh!) and about Glanum (ancient city!) and today I take you on a stroll through the centre of this pleasant town in the Alpilles.
Last week I told you about Saint-Paul-de-Mausole, a monastery in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the town we stayed in during our recent holiday in the Provence. Not far from this monastery you can find Glanum, the ruins of an ancient city of which you can read in today’s travelpost.
A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I had reason to celebrate big time as it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary. One weekend we celebrated with family and friends and the weekend after that, we celebrated once more, but this time just the two of us, during a weekend break to Versailles.
Last week you could read about our visit to the Palace of Versailles (here). Today I take you on an evening walk and I share with you where we had diner.
Last weekend, my husband and I went on a weekend break to Versailles. We visited the palace and grounds, did an evening walk in Versailles, had diner in a fabulous place and we visited the village where Vincent Van Gogh died… But in today’s post, I will concentrate on our visit to the Palace of Versailles. Why don’t you join me?!
Last week I took you to Montmartre. As I was only halfway through our walk we did in this fabulous piece of Paris, I suggest we go back to continue our way…
