Last month I bought some Qiriness products of which I already wrote a review last week and the week before that (see here and here). When buying those products, I was treated to some fabulous samples of the same brand of which you can read about in today’s beautypost!
I got these samples during a lovely and lazy weekend break in Holland. So what better time then to try out these samples right then and there in the bungalow we rented?!
The products came in a handy toiletry bag and consisted out of 3 steps for an at home spa treatment for the face: a gommage, a herbal facial steam bath and a face mask. So basically everything you need to pamper your skin!
Step 1: Qiriness – Le Wrap Exfolys/Radiant Enzymatic Buffing Cream
First impressions?
This is a lovely and soft gommage to use! The luxury sample can be used for about 5 times.
Put a layer of this cream on a clean face, leave it on for a minute and then you have to wipe the cream off your face with your fingertips. The cream crumbles up underneath your fingertips, removing dead skin cells. Rinse of with lukewarm water.
It gives your skin a soft gommage with a soft and clean face as a result. I love this product… full stop!
Step 2: Qiriness – Sauna Visage/Herbal facial steam bath
First impression?
The second step of this at home spa treatment for the face, consists of a herbal facial steam bath.
Put the tablet into a bowl of hot water. It immediately starts bubbling away. Put your face over the bowl of rising steam and cover your head with a towel. Keep your eyes closed and hold your face above the bowl for 5-10 minutes.
Relax and enjoy the warmth of the steam, inhaling the lovely smell. This tablet is full of plant extracts and herbal essences (pine, eucalyptus, lavender, thyme & rosemary) and smells divine.
After this steam bath, your face feels very clean… onto step 3!
Step 3: Qiriness – Le wrap d’eau/Extreme moisture balm
First impression?
This hypoallergenic moisture balm, can be used in two different ways: as an intensive nightcream or as a face mask. When used as a face mask, then of course you have to apply a thicker layer.
I have used this sample only as a face mask, leaving it on for about 10 minutes and then I either massage the remainder of the product into my skin (when I use it at nigth, then it also serves as a nightcream) or I rinse it off with lukewarm water.
This face mask hydrates intensly, making it a very pleasant and refreshing product to use.
To buy or not to buy this 3-step at home spa treatment for the face?
These samples really gave me the opportunity to test the products out several times (except for the tablet that is). The products are really good and they do what they promise.
The price is also really nice: a tube of the gommage is about 25 EUR, the tablets are about 22 EUR for 10 tablets and the face mask costs about 35 EUR which makes this an affordable alternative for the beauty salon in my opinion!
So yes, I am really tempted to buy this 3-step at home spa treatment for my face 🙂
Love, Kathleen
