I have already shown you some summer sales in my outfitposts and today I want to share you one more… my grass green sweater!

When on holiday in England, I scored some beautiful pieces in the summer sales like this fab orange dress an this lovely floral dress you could already admire in previous outfitposts.

And even though it was more than 25 degrees, I did think of those chillier days that would come… chillier days that would call for a sweater… a grass green one as it happens 🙂 (well… not as grass green as our grass is these days!!).

So one of my summer sales buys was this fabulous sweater I bought at Phase Eight for a fraction of the price. It’s just perfect for those crispier summer mornings and it will take me right into fall!

When I wore this sweater for the first time, I immediately got lots of compliments which of course is due to that bright colour. I also like the wider sleeves and the back of the sweater is slightly longer than the front, which makes it perfect to wear on trousers.

For this outfit I am still wearing it the ‘summer way’, with my white jeans. But this sweater will look great on my dark denim culotte or my black trousers.
